Merger of Schaeffler Group and Vitesco Technologies
By 1st of October 2024 Schaeffler Group and Vitesco Technologies will merge.
In IMDS there will currently be no change, Vitesco Technologies (ID:220896) and Schaeffler Group (ID:282) will remain and the reporting rules of both companies stay valid.
Changes will be implemented in 2025 during the Merge of both IMDS accounts. Updates will be provided in due time.
